The Musicology faculty within the School of Music offer a wide variety of courses that address music history, music appreciation, as well as research and writing about music. Alongside undergraduate Music History Surveys and graduate Research/Writing courses, we provide seminars on special topics every semester.

Study Abroad
The most exciting part of our music history program at 91短视频在线播放 is the Study Abroad course Vienna: City of Music (MUS 499CA/699CA). In this three-week music course, students study the history and culture of one of the world鈥檚 greatest musical cities, then travel to Vienna, Austria for excursions to local cultural venues. You will follow in the footsteps of the masters, visiting their homes, their churches, significant concert halls, and ultimately, their final resting places. Placement and Qualification Exams
